A few tips for your trip to the Center

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets will be available for pick up on the second floor at the concierge desk one hour before the performance. You can ask one of our friendly greeters to help point you in the right direction when you arrive.

Can I scan my tickets on my phone?

Yes! If you selected the "E-Tickets or Print-at-Home Tickets" delivery option when purchasing your tickets, simply present the ticket PDF on your phone at the entrance to the theatre.

Should I dress up?

We don’t have a dress code here. You can come in your everyday street clothes, but feel free to use the occasion to dress up. Please note that the temperature in the theatre runs cool to maintain comfort throughout an entire performance.

When should I arrive at the Center?

We encourage you to arrive early to have a drink or snack at the Signature Café + Bar and to browse the Signature Bookstore. We open the theatre doors approximately 20 minutes before the performance starts and begin performances as promptly as possible.


Due to the intimate nature and design of our theatres, we may not be able to seat you after a performance begins. If we can seat you, it may not be possible, or safe, to place you in your original seats. We are also not able to guarantee re-entry should you exit the theatre during a performance. All late seating and re-entry for performances are at the discretion of management.

Is there a place to store my coat and bag?

There is no coat check at the Center. Upon request, we can accommodate the storage of personal items in an unlocked space near the theatre. Signature is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

I use a wheelchair or other mobility device, ​IS THE CENTER ACCESSIBLE?

All areas of Center are accessible. We have designated accessible seating locations in our theatre spaces. If you feel you have unique needs or desire more information, please call Ticket Services before your visit.

Do you offer assisted listening devices?

Yes. We offer induction loops, which are worn around the neck for guests with T-coil enabled personal hearing aids. We also offer FM assisted listening devices, complete with an over-ear headset. Please note that you must turn off your personal hearing aid if using the FM assisted listening device for it to function properly.

Devices can be obtained one hour prior to performances at our assisted listening device cart, which is located next to the concierge desk on the second floor. We request that a photo ID or credit card be held at the cart to ensure that devices are returned post-performance.


Relax and enjoy! Please note that while drinks are permitted inside the theatre, food is not. Kindly turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices before the performance begins.
