To our Signature community,
If there’s one thing we know from these profoundly challenging times, it’s that we’re all in this together. For those of us who love theatre and its shared, live experiences, we look forward to gathering together again once it’s safe to do so. At Signature, we cherish our community; and we need all of you to get through this, together.
That’s why we’re introducing #SignatureTogether—to connect our community of artists, audiences, supporters and staff in these isolating times and to build the Signature Solidarity Fund. Every gift made from now until June 30 will be matched by Signature’s incredible Board of Trustees. Your support is crucial. It has never mattered more than it does now.
Even in these unprecedented times, Signature’s support for our writers and artists is unwavering. Our final productions this season have been postponed, not cancelled. We compensate artists who participate in our SigSpace digital programming. And we're commissioning new plays because we know that, especially now, developing and supporting new work is essential. This way, once we're ready to come together again at the theatre, we'll have groundbreaking art to share.
I hope you choose to support Signature today by making a gift to the Signature Solidarity Fund, which will propel us to next year's 30th Anniversary and beyond. Please stay safe and be well. We look forward to seeing you again when the lights of Signature are back on—brighter and more necessary than ever.
